Parties for younger children
We have a special party slot starting at 10.00am on Sunday morning where guests have exclusive use of the studio until 11.50am. We recommend this time for parties for younger children. Parents are welcome to stay, help, and enjoy the fun. These mornings get booked quickly. A minimum of 10 children are required for this party package.
Frequently Asked Questions
What paint will we use?
The special paints we use are water-based and non-toxic and will wash straight out of clothes and children.
Can I bring food and drink?
If you bring party food we recommend you put it in individual party boxes and drinks in non-spill containers. Or use buffet trays. Please bring your own paper plates.
How do private parties work?
-
For Sunday morning private parties, we set up a separate area for your food.
-
For Sunday morning private parties for younger children (age 3 to 5), we recommend each child has an adult present.
-
For parties at other times, we ask for just one or two adults to remain at the party. Older children age 9+ may be left unaccompanied by arrangement with the studio.
-
We have a cake knife and matches available, but don’t forget the candles.
-
If you give party bags to guests, please ensure that any noise makers, bubbles, balls etc. are not used until the children have left the studio.
When will my pottery be ready to collect?
Pottery is usually ready for collection in seven days. We recommend the party organiser collects everything.
